This is where simple routines can make a meaningful difference.

This magnesium-rich moon milk is one of my favorite ways to support the transition into rest. It’s warm, lightly sweet, and designed to help your body shift out of “go mode” and into a more relaxed state — without needing anything complicated.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • ¼ mashed banana
  • ¼ teaspoon Redmond Real Salt or Celtic Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon magnesium powder
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey or pure maple syrup

Directions

Warm your milk gently on the stove or in the microwave. You want it warm, not hot.

In a small bowl or mug, mash the banana until smooth.

Add the warm milk, sea salt, magnesium powder, and honey or maple syrup.

Stir or whisk well until everything is fully combined. You can also blend it for a smoother texture if preferred.

Sip slowly and enjoy.


When to Have It

This moon milk works best:

  • In the evening, about 30–60 minutes before bed
  • As part of a wind-down routine
  • When you’re feeling wired, restless, or overstimulated
