Amanda Liptak, RDN, is the founder of Nutrient-Rich Life and a nationally recognized dietitian who helps women cut through the noise and take back control of their health without overwhelm.

With more than 20 years of experience, Amanda has guided thousands of women from confusion and burnout into clarity, lower inflammation, steadier energy, and real transformation. She blends straightforward nutrition with functional, root-cause strategies that actually make sense in real life.

She created the New Year Rebalance Bundle to give women a clear, credible starting point to dial back the stress — in a way that feels grounded, supported, and back in control of their health without rigid rules or burnout. 

Daira Stark

Daria Stark, CPT is a certified personal trainer, group strength & conditioning coach, and flexibility instructor with over 8 years of experience helping women build strength, mobility, and flexibility through smart, functional training.

After founding and running a women’s dance and fitness studio in Phuket, Thailand, Daria relocated to the U.S., where a personal health reset reshaped her approach to fitness. Through testing with multiple health professionals, including registered dietitian Amanda Liptak, she learned that constant high-intensity training was keeping her body in fight-or-flight.

That experience reshaped her approach to fitness. Today, Daria advocates for slow, intentional movement paired with strength training that supports the nervous system and real life — helping women feel strong, mobile, and energized without burnout.
