Ingredients:
1 wholemeal wrap
1 cup diced chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced.
¼ cup burrito seasoning of choice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup lettuce
⅛ (20g) diced tomato
¾ cup sour cream (optional)
Procedure:
Heat oil in frying pan, over medium heat. Add onion and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently till onion is soft.
Stir in seasoning mix, diced chicken and ⅓ cup water. Simmer uncovered for 5-7 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
Place the wrap on a plate and add the lettuce, diced tomatoes, chicken mix and sour cream on top and wrap up the burrito and then tuck in.
