Ingredients


  • 1 cup milk of choice 

  • 1 cup spinach or kale

  • 2 TBSP unsweetened almond butter or nut butter of choice

  • 2 mejol dates 

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • handful ice cubes


Instructions


  1. Mix all well in a blender and enjoy!

  • Makes approximately a 16-Oz shake.
