Salmon filets, wild caught Atlantic (4 filets or enough to feed your crowd)
Dijon mustard
1/4 cup almonds, slivered, unsalted
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1-2 TBSP honey, raw
optional: you may use walnuts instead of almonds if desired
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a sheet tray.
Lay salmon filets on tray and spread approximately 2-3 teaspoons of Dijon mustard on top.
